Reduced-Rate
We understand that access to expert care can be difficult for many reasons and finances are often one of the barriers. To help make care more accessible, Madrona Clinics offers a limited number of reduced-rate spots for people who might otherwise find treatment out of reach.
These reduced rates are intended for people living paycheck to paycheck or with unpredictable income that makes saving difficult.
If you have access to financial support from family, friends, a partner, or another network, we ask that you consider using those resources before requesting a reduced rate. Doing so helps us reserve these limited spots for clients with the fewest financial options.
Full-Rate
The full rate represents the true cost of care and reflects the time, training, and resources involved in providing these services. If you have reliable income, savings, or financial stability, and can generally meet your needs for housing, food, and healthcare without significant strain, this rate is designed for you.
Paying the full rate helps sustain the practice and makes it possible for us to continue offering high-quality, individualized care within our community.
Membership
Our membership program bridges traditional and transformational care: combining wellness, community, nutrition, and advanced testing. Members also have membership pricing on Private-Pay services.
We accept credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and wire/ACH payments, and will soon offer financing through Wisetack.

For out-of-network billing, we will provide a “superbill” reflecting payment at the “Private Pay” rate for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. The “superbill” contains all necessary diagnosis and treatment codes required by insurance companies.
