Insurance We Accept
We currently accept the following insurance plans:

Out-of-Network Insurance
If we are out-of-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a superbill for eligible services. A superbill includes the diagnosis and treatment codes your insurance company may require when submitting a claim for potential reimbursement.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits, reimbursement rates, deductibles, and other applicable costs.
For out-of-network billing, we will provide a “superbill” reflecting payment at the “Private Pay” rate for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. The “superbill” contains all necessary diagnosis and treatment codes required by insurance companies.
